Netball is the number one team based sport in Australia for women and girls. Paula Peralta (Principal Physiotherapist in our Penrith rooms) has arrived in the Commonwealth Games Village on the Gold Coast and has joined The Australian Commonwealth Games Team Medical Team . Whilst it is still some days before competition starts some of the smaller teams have started arriving including the Australian boxing and weightlifting teams.
