Chris and Mitch from our Blacktown and Penrith rooms represented our Practice by providing physiotherapy services at the Outer West Metropolitan Zone Little Athletics Championships on the 13th and 14th December.
Young Athletes from under 7’s to under 17’s competed in both track and field events at Parker Avenue in Penrith. Mitch and Chris provided preventative strapping and injury management over a great weekend where numerous zone records were broken. It was a pleasure to witness first hand some of the promising young athletic talent that Western Sydney athletics clubs are producing.
We wish all athletes the best of luck in the upcoming regional championships.
