What does the vestibular system do?

What is a vestibular condition?
If there is dysfunction of the vestibular system, we may experience symptoms including imbalance, or vertigo. Vertigo is a false sensation of movement that can occur due to a vestibular sensory imbalance, and is often described as a spinning sensation. Other common symptoms include nausea, fatigue and a loss of balance or difficulty walking.
