Be receptive to how your body is feeling. Often we allow our head to drive our food choices, but we need to allow the rest of our body a say.
Recognise fullness. Recognise hunger vs thirst. Recognise hunger vs boredom. These triggers in your body help to develop eating patterns aligning closer with your needs. It may take a while to be aware of the difference, but stick with it, perseverance will pay off.
