Congratulations to Mathew Ah Chow, from our Blacktown rooms, on his selection into the Australian Team for the 11th World Karate Championships to be held on 31st October in Tokyo, Japan. The tournament is an open weight event and is held every four years. Mathew was one of the top five competitors, three men and two women, selected for the team at a tournament in Victoria on 13th June. We wish Mathew all the best in his training in the lead up to the Championships in October.
