APA Careers Show Creates Great Interest

Some of our staff attended the inaugural APA careers show at North Sydney TAFE in August. It was a great opportunity to meet future graduates. We had a lot of interest at our stand and were able to chat to the many future physiotherapist graduates who attended the day.

World Scientific Congress of Golf

On the 5^th– 7^th September 2014 Mitchell Delahay from our Penrith rooms attended the 7^th World Scientific Golf Congress on the Gold Coast. This was first time that this golf-specific international conference was held in the Australasian region. It was an exciting opportunity for Mitchell, a keen golf enthusiast to attended presentations and workshops by world class Golf researchers, health professionals and PGA golf coaches.

Update from the Commonwealth Games

The last few days have been action packed with the Commonwealth Games now in full swing. The Medical Headquarters Team, which I am a part of, were fortunate to be able to march in the opening ceremony. This was a truly amazing experience and an absolute honour and privilege.

There have been so many amazing experiences already at these games and it’s only day 5 with many more to come.
