March 1st marked the start of the ANZ Netball Championship season for the NSW Swifts. Our practice is proud to support the NSW Swifts with three of our clinicians supporting the team – Paula Peralta and Daniel Vukovic; the team physiotherapists as well as Samantha Rand the team’s sports dietitian.
The Swifts took on the Southern Steel in an away game in Invercargill, New Zealand and bought it home with a 68 to 62 win over the home team.There were a few new faces on the court donning the red dress for the first time including Julie Corletto and Jade Clarke. The first home game for the Swifts will be on March 15th against the Queensland Firebirds.
We wish the team best of luck for the 2015 season and will keep you updated with their progress.
